Come one, come all and hear about how Perficient did just that for a large nonprofit academic medical center focused on healthcare, education, and research with over $13 billion in revenue.

In this session we will cover the project’s phased approach for building an annual plan, strategic long range plan, and annual forecast for different lines of business – practice shield, education and research with multiple EPBCS applications.

We will cover all project strategy, driver-based and non-driver-based planning, out-of-box financials and Workforce modules, flexibility to choose varying levels of planning and multiple applications and inter application integrations.

We will cover varying levels of planning between different business areas of the organization, target setting and allocations of shared services expenses across different areas using PCMCS. We will also discuss future enhancements that we envision to bring this enterprise-wide planning solution.
